Is Your Soul Cup Running Empty?
Sometimes we don't realize how depleted we've become until our joy begins to fade.
Your Weekly Soul Pause
A few moments each week to return to your Spiritual Heart, nourish your Soul Cup, and let your Inner Sparkle shine.
Hello Beautiful Soul,
Have you ever reached the end of the day and thought...
I have nothing left to give?
Not because you don’t love your family. Not because you don’t enjoy your work. Not because you aren’t grateful.
But because you’ve simply been giving... and giving... and giving.
I’ve had those days. Days when I can literally feel that my Soul Cup is running low. It doesn’t usually happen all at once. It’s gradual.
I become impatient more easily. I feel emotionally drained. I have less patience. My peace begins to slip away. And if I’m not paying attention, my Inner Sparkle begins to dim.
I’ve learned something important through the years. Our Soul Cup doesn’t become empty because we’re doing something wrong. It becomes empty because we’ve forgotten that we, too, need to be nourished.
So often, as women, we pour ourselves into everyone else. Our spouse. Our children. Our grandchildren. Our friendships. Our work. Our communities.
We gladly pour from our cup until one day we discover...There isn’t anything left.
That’s why Soul Care has become such an important part of my life. Because I want to give from abundance instead of depletion.
I’ve learned that when I stay connected to my Spiritual Heart through prayer, breathing in and breathing out, stillness, gratitude, time in nature, meaningful conversations, and quiet moments with God, my Soul Cup begins to fill again. Not overnight. Little by little. One intentional moment at a time.
I’ve discovered that Soul Care isn’t something I do only after I’m exhausted. It’s something I practice daily so I don’t become exhausted. And that has changed the way I live.
✨ Reflection
Take a quiet moment today and ask yourself:
How full is my Soul Cup right now?
If it feels low...What is one small thing you could do today to begin nourishing it?
💜 Heartfelt Invitation
This week, pay attention to how you’re feeling throughout your day. When you notice yourself becoming hurried...
Pause and place your hand over your heart. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Reconnect with yourself.
You don’t have to wait until you’re depleted.
You can nourish your Soul Cup one small moment at a time.
✨ Soul Pause Blessing
May this week’s Soul Pause remind you to return to your Spiritual Heart, nourish your Soul Cup, and let your Inner Sparkle continue to shine.
With a grateful heart,
