Hello Beautiful Soul,
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been taking a little trip down memory lane. And I have to tell you, my heart is so full.
It all began a little over two years ago, around my 58th birthday. I was standing in the shower, reflecting on my life. I had so much to be grateful for, yet somewhere deep inside, I was feeling unfulfilled.
I found myself wondering:
What’s next for me?
And then something happened that I will never forget.
A question came from within:
What is your dream?
It was one of those moments when you just know.
It was my Soul speaking to me.
It wasn’t a conversation in my head. It was something deeper. A moment of connection with my Soul that touched something within me. And that question stayed with me.
At the time, I had spent decades as a business owner and spiritual counselor. I had a good life, and there was much to be grateful for. But somewhere along the way, I had stopped asking myself what I really wanted to experience in this season of my life. And now my Soul was asking me to remember.
I didn’t have all the answers. I didn’t know exactly what my dream would look like or where it would lead. But something inside me had awakened. And I knew I wanted to listen.
Eventually, I said YES.

That one YES led me on a journey that became so much bigger than I ever imagined. And now, a little over two years later, I’ve created something very special to celebrate that journey, and I’d love to share it with you!

It’s a heartfelt look back at the dream, the beautiful women who became part of it, and the meaningful moments and connections we created along the way.

When One YES Leads to Another
That YES became the beginning of The Power of Inner Sparkle: 12 Inspiring Stories to Ignite Your Heart & Soul.
What began as my personal dream soon became a shared journey.
Twelve women came together, each with her own story, life experiences, and wisdom to share. Stories of love and loss, challenges and transformation, self-discovery, and finding the courage to dream again.
Along the way, we built friendships and became part of each other’s journeys.
On June 25, 2025, The Power of Inner Sparkle was published and became a #1 International Bestseller.
What a moment that was!
But as wonderful as that accomplishment was, another moment touched my heart in a way I will never forget.
The Moment I Realized I Was Living My Dream
It happened at our Sparkle & Soar Women’s Empowerment Celebration and book launch.
I stood on stage, behind my The Power of Inner Sparkle book banner, waiting to be announced for the very first time.
As I looked out into the audience, I saw my family, who had flown in from out of town to celebrate with me. I saw the Sparkle Authors and some of their families who had come to support them. And I saw some of my closest friends.
My heart swelled with so much gratitude that I thought it might explode.
And then the music started.
It was The Power of Inner Sparkle, a song one of the Sparkle Authors, and dear friend of mine, had created for me using an AI music app.
Standing there, listening to that song and looking out at all those beautiful faces, I realized something that touched me deeply.
I was living my dream.
The dream that began with a question from my Soul had become my reality.
And here I was, surrounded by people I loved, celebrating something that had once been nothing more than a whisper within my Soul.
It was a perfect moment. One that I will always cherish.
A Little Movie and a Whole Lot of Memories
Recently, I had the opportunity to create a Mini Movie about The Power of Inner Sparkle and the journey that brought it to life.
I wrote the script and narrated the story of that Soul moment in the shower, the question that changed everything, and the dream I chose to follow.
As the movie came together, I realized how important it was to include the women and people who were part of this experience. I wanted to see their faces and relive some of the beautiful moments we shared at Sparkle & Soar.
And when I finally watched the finished Mini Movie, something happened that I hadn’t expected.
My heart opened so BIG.
There they were. The Sparkle Authors, the speakers, sponsors, guests, and the special friends and family who supported us. I felt so much joy, gratitude, love, and pride. And yes, there were a few tears.
Watching the movie let me relive those unforgettable moments. But what touched me most wasn’t simply seeing a book that had become an international bestseller.
It was remembering the people and experiences that made the journey so meaningful.
And isn’t that what life is about?
The people we meet. The connections we make. The moments we share.

Together, we created something so much bigger than a book. We created memories and friendships that I will always treasure.

Sometimes We Need to Look Back to Appreciate Where We Are
As I’ve been reflecting on all of this, I’ve realized something.
This season of my life is about living a life I love living.
And part of that is taking time to appreciate the experiences I’ve already had. Sometimes I become so focused on what’s next that I forget to stop and appreciate what’s already happened.
Life happens. Don’t we know it!
We move on to the next project, the next responsibility, the next dream.
But creating this Mini Movie gave me a chance to stop, look back, and recognize how much there is to be grateful for.
Not simply because of what we accomplished, but because of the people who became part of the journey and the experiences we shared.
And that’s what I want to carry forward into this next chapter of my life.
More meaningful experiences. More connection. More love. More moments when I can stop, look around, and realize:
I am living a life I love living.
